CARAMEL

Tired of the same old caramel flavoured popcorn that left a sugary, over-sweet taste in his mouth Sam decided to try and make his own natural popcorn. Sam chose the healthiest wholegrain ‘mushroom’ style popcorn he could find and set about developing a traditional caramel-toffee to go with it.

 

After many late nights, a lot of trial and taste testing, he developed what he thought was the perfect caramel-toffee popcorn. It had a distinctive buttery taste with a sophisticated caramel intensity that comes from cooking the caramel-toffee to a high temperature.

 

Sam is very proud of the result, a deliciously addictive, slightly salty caramel-toffee popcorn that doesn’t leave an annoying after taste in your mouth. He hopes you enjoy it as much as he does.
